About Us:
Our organization was established to provide kids an opportunity to meet and speak with foreigners across the globe right in the heart of Tokyo. Our mission is to provide opportunities to children to "know about diversity" and “speak with courage” through interactions with people from other countries.
We also create a community that promotes social contribution where children can easily enjoy communicating with multinational people and speaking English or many other languages with a small amount of money.
Responsibilities:
- Produce engaging designs to support social media, website and promotion of the events and opportunities.
- Produce content for blogs with socially relevant content.
- Participating in person events and supporting the program for children.
- Supporting language skills of children through playing. [Online and In-Person]
Requirements:
- Discipline to meet deadlines and goal requirements.
- Daily conversational level English working proficiency.
- Good Microsoft Office Package proficiency.
- Capacity to work well alone and in teams.
Skills:
- The ability to recognize and respect diversity and cross-cultural understanding.

A popular event is held at parks in Tokyo and nearby prefectures almost about once a month.
We communicate and play together with foreign people who live in Japan, tourists from overseas, or volunteers, through singing, dancing, games, and free talk.
We aim to hold this event nationwide in order to provide opportunity to more children to interact with "ordinary" foreigners aside from English teachers.

An online English conversation program that promotes the concept of "Learning English is fun."
It incorporates songs and games.
We aim to create a place where children can enjoy learning English conversation.
In addition, it is a unique program that transcends the boundaries between online and offline, such as low price setting, unique to non-profit type, fixed instructor system to get along with each other.
One of our featured activities is; the instructors send handwritten letters to the kids.

Oct: Successed crowdfunding for holding the KIV event in Kansai region.
Nov: First activity in Takatsuki, Osaka
We at KIV works to expand the future possibilities and happiness of children by doing an international exchange, English conversation, and multiple languages in order to communicate with foreigners.
We are looking for people who share our values and help us support these activities so that our cause would be known throughout the nation.
There are various ways to support us, for instance, donating items, financial support, marketing and collaborative projects.
